Welcome to SmartView Market Research Services!

Collectively, β€œwe”, β€œour”, or β€œus” refer to SmartView Market Research Services. We truly appreciate your time, insights, and contribution to our research. This Reward Policy explains how members can earn, approve, and redeem rewards through participation in our surveys and activities.

Eligibility

  • Only registered and approved members of SmartView Market Research Services are eligible to earn rewards.
  • Participation in surveys hosted by other platforms or websites does not qualify for SmartView rewards.

Earning Rewards

  • You earn rewards by successfully completing surveys for which you qualify and complete in full.
  • Rewards are generally credited within 24 hours of completion. In case of delays, please contact our support team.
  • For multi-phase surveys, rewards are credited only after all phases are completed successfully.

Reward Approval

  • Rewards are approved after survey completion and quota fulfilment, following a quality review of responses.
  • Responses found to be fake, nonsensical, duplicate, incomplete, or illogical will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of the reward.
  • Straight-lining, speeding, or using automated means is strictly prohibited.
  • Rewards are approved or rejected within 30 days of survey completion.

Redemption

  • Approved rewards become redeemable 45 days after survey completion.
  • Joining bonuses become redeemable upon account approval and completion of your first SmartView survey, provided you meet the minimum redemption threshold.
  • Referral rewards are credited once your referred member completes their first qualifying survey and become redeemable after 30 days.
  • Poll rewards become redeemable within 15 days after the poll closes, subject to the minimum redemption threshold.

Minimum Redemption Threshold

You may redeem rewards once your account balance reaches the minimum threshold, as stated in the monthly β€œMy Rewards” email.

Redemption Process

  • Choose your preferred reward option during the redemption request.
  • Since we use third-party reward partners, delivery times may vary based on their processing systems.
  • You may submit up to three (3) redemption requests per day.
  • SmartView Market Research Services reserves up to 15 business days to process redemption requests.

Reward Delivery

  • SmartView Market Research Services is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, misused, or expired reward codes once delivered to your registered email ID.
  • Reward codes will only be sent to the email associated with your registered account.

Policy Exceptions

  • SmartView Market Research Services reserves the right to remove mistakenly credited rewards or disapprove redemption requests arising from system or data errors.
  • Use of bots, proxies, or automated systems to earn or redeem rewards will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.

Third-Party Rewards

  • SmartView Market Research Services is not liable for issues arising from the terms or operations of third-party reward providers.
  • In case of problems with reward codes, coupons, or wallet transfers, please contact the respective reward supplier directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. Significant updates will be announced on our website and communicated to registered participants at least seven (7) days before the new version takes effect.
